Joel Filliol

Joel is the Senior Coach at Triathlon Canada’s National Triathlon Centre in Victoria BC.  Joel has been involved in high performance sport both as an athlete, representing Canada as part of national junior triathlon teams, and as a coach, initiating his own Coaching Company in 2000. Joel served two years as Development Coach at the National Triathlon Centre before taking on the Senior Coach role in 2006. Joel has coached at two Commonwealth Games (2002 and 2006), two Pan American Games (2003 and 2007), and is the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games Head Coach.
